I posted a few weeks ago that my son's crocs broke after only about 4-5 weeks. I was livid because they cost $30 and I usually buy shoes from Target for around $15 and none of them have broke--after 3+ years and 2 kids.
So I took them back to Stride Rite where I bought them and they said they couldn't take them back or replace them because Crocs is a horrible company with poorly made shoes and they've stopped doing business with them. They sent me to the Crocs kiosk at the same mall in hopes that I could get a new strap. I left there absolutely furious with crocs.
So I arrive at the crocs kiosk all defensive, but trying to sound polite
, and told them what happened. The guy said, "well I can't return them since you didn't buy them here, but I can replace them."
Me: "I'm sorry, what?" Guy: "Sure we'll replace them."
Cool thanks!
Why oh why did the stride rite guy make me walk away hating crocs, when they would replace them for me? So, now I'm ticked at Stride Rite.
