CROCS flip flops broke first day!! Replace or get my $$ back?

I have read endless threads on CROCS on these boards....I need a good flip flop for Disney so I bought 2 pairs yesterday. They were buy one get one 50% off at my outlet store. I wore one pair today and the piece between my toe simply broke while I was walking in the grass at our community pool...no stress, no running, etc. So, since this is my first pair...what do you think I should do?? I don't want them breaking in the parks! Has this happened to anyone else?? Should I return the broken pair and exchange for another or go back and get my money back on both pairs??? I was really disappointed, as up until they broke, I really LOVED them! They are sooo comfy! Thanks!

I have had mine for 3 years and two trips to Disney World and I am going to have to replace them because the tread is wearing out, not because they broke... TAKE THEM BACK !!!!!!! allow me to clarify - take the pair that broke back to the store, they should repllace them!

I am definately returning them, but wasn't sure if I should get a new pair or return both pairs for my money back. I don't know anyone personally that wears them, so I did not know if they are poorly made or was it a fluke?

definately a pooly made pair. just out of curiosity, were the tops the same color as the sole? or were they two different colors?

Athens II style 2 toned flip flop....upon further inspection there appears to have been maybe a "bubble" type "space' inside the area the broke....

I truely think you just got a bad pair, cause like I said - Mine are three years and going strong... I actually have them on in my avatar pic - I just don't think you can see them. Take them back to the store, and I am sure they will issue you a new pair with no questions asked. I love these flip flops -if I could only find a way to wear them to work ( I am an RN)
