CROCS Advice Please

I have them too! I wore them one day at Disneyland Paris, left the hotel, walked to the parks adn first ride was IASW, by the time i was in the queue I already had a blister!

This happened to me too! Not in the parks lol but the first day I wore them out I came home with a blister. Left them till it healed, then it happened again. Left it again and now they're fine!

I've been wearing them all day today, going shopping, school run, standing around, they've not left my feet and there's not even a hint of soreness. 3rd time lucky lol.

:lmao: u will wear them out before Disney :rotfl2:

I know they were selling them im the resort shops and Downtown Disney, not sure about carts in parks tho.

It does depend on the style, my disney crocs aren't as comfy as my first normal pair as they rubbed. My Mary Janes are fine at home but not in Florida.

I bought 2 pairs of my crocs in Bealls in the Osceola Square Mall and the other pair I bought in Florida Mall from one of the stalls.

Loved my Crocs initially but sweaty feet make them very slippery (gross I know but true) which means I rarely wear them on holiday nowadays. I can't be the only person to experience this can I?

I bought the crocs cleo whilst in Florida and wore them the next day to Seaworld and never had any problems at all. In fact my feet never even felt as sore and tired as they normally do after a day in the parks. I have 2 other styles as well but the cleos are definitely the most comfy.

Have to agree-the cleos are so comfy, i wear them all the time and never had any blisters at all. i have 4 pairs of them, first bought them in florida and never looked back since.

Try Birkenstock sandals for comfort and style (soooo much more style than Crocs, especially fellas! :thumbsup2). Mrs M took Crocs but never used them, having Birkenstocks instead. And they do not cost any more........

No sign of them in parks (got back saturday) and also note that if you want "ponchos" in parks they ran out of kids size very quickly - some fantastic down pours at 4.00 pm most days!

Quick note off subject - Epcot, and the Rosse & Crown pub; went for the fireworks (as you do) ordered 2 pints (one a shandy no less) for me and a mate and the bill was 16 US dollars.............when we questioned why we were paying £6 for half a lager and lemonade, we were told "welcome to Disney" with a sarcastic grin..........we paid and left - dont waste your money being ripped off with such a flippant attitude. If we all boycott such a con then they will have to re think.............

Cheers Dan.

We LOVE our Crocs :thumbsup2

I have had no problems with the 'clog' style with either sweating or rubbing but DH suffered with both. He ended up wearing a pair of those really short socks with his, didn't look too great but he was comfy :rotfl:

I then bought a pair of Skechers (sp?) in the Mary Jane style which rubbed my heels like mad, so bought some gels pads and stuck them inside the heels of the shoes and that cured the problem.

I have recently bought two pairs of Crocs Adara which are strappy flip flops, they are really comfy although I haven't walked a great distance in them yet.

We stocked up on our Crocs collection on our last trip in Feb for us and the girls, there is a Crocs store at one of the Malls (the one just off the I4 - around junction sixty something - how specific :lmao: and to think I am the navigator on our hols :lmao:) as they had special offers on, buy one pair get the second pair half price if I remember rightly - we were in Crocs heaven :worship: :rotfl:

Also, a while back there was a post on here about a product called body glide (I think :confused3) which you apply to the area that is rubbing and it should help. I didn't find this product but found a similar one in Boots which worked well for DH, it was a bit like a 'lip balm' stick that you applied to the skin if your shoes are rubbing :thumbsup2

Ali :goodvibes

Re Cleos - not seen those before, and have to agree they are more stylish!! very sweet...

Still not sure a big strapping bloke would look so good though!
