Crock pot recipes

I have search bookstores in our area, I have checked stores that sell books and I can not find a good crock pot book for recipes for breakfast. What I have found in the books is they do exist. But the time to cook breakfast in it is 4 hours . I am not getting up at 3am to turn on a crock pot. Does anyone have any good 8 hour recipes, or recommend any good cookbooks with recipes in it. I would appreciate any help with this. Thanks.

I have a recipe for Oatmeal.....I can look for it when I get home. It calls for old fashioned oats, dried fruit, cinnamon, and apple juice (no milk). It's great on cold mornings!

This isn't a crockpot recipe but a fast breakfast in a dutch oven.
1 sausage roll (the bulk sausage in a roll)
1 bag frozen hash browns with pepper/onions
Cheddar Cheese

Brown the sausage (do not drain) add the hash browns and cook until done, then add cheese. We have also scrambled eggs and put them on top.
