Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff

Does anyone have a beef stroganoff recipe for the crock pot they would like to share? I searched google, but there are SO many I don't know which to choose. :rolleyes: Thanks!

this one is quick and easy and very tasty!

Cubed beef
thinly sliced onions
2 table spoons ketcup
2 tablespoons wischershir (sp) sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup.
salt and pepper to taste

Put everything in the crock pot cook on low all day.

about 15 minutes before serving stir in a 2 cups sour cream.

If you wish to make it look fancier add sliced mushrooms when you add the sour cream. I serve it over noodles. Just don't add the sour cream too soon. It just needs to be warmed. I usually just stir it in and serve. if you put it in too early it will get a little funky but fine.
 
1 lb stew meat (cubed)
1/2 cup dried minced onions
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup (condensed)
1 can (4oz) mushrooms (drained)
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 cup sour cream**
**(for richer taste use 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese)


Combine all ingredients except sour cream/cream cheese in a greased crock pot. Cover and cook on low heat 6-8 hrs. Add sourcream/cream cheese the loast hour of cooking.

Makes 4-6 servings.
 
Here's mine.

1 lb. stew meat (cubed) (I use more as I have a big family)
2 cans Golden Mushroom Soup
sour cream
wide egg noodles

Add meat, soup, and water (2 soup cans) to crockpot. Cook on low 8 hours.
Cook egg noodles and drain. Add sour cream to meat and gravy mixture. Add noodles. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Very easy and very yummy. :)
