Croc/Nile

I am really thinking of buying a pair of these but am a little worried about if the nile rubs across the top of the foot. Any other Nile users out there?

I ordered them on line (I coundn't find a store that had them) in my regular size. When I got them they were way too big. The smaller size was too small. I am so sad, really wanted for our disney trip next week.

I don't think the top part would cut into your foot, but the ones I had were so big it was a little hard to tell for sure.
