CRO vs WDW Travel

Is there any trick to getting CRO? For some reason I dont feel as much pressure when talking to CRO as opposed to WDW Travel.....I am not booking a package (at least not now) so really could use CRO.

CRO and WDTC are all in the same office. There is no distintion within the office....the phone rings someone answers it.
