CRO system ok, package not

I just switched my reservation over to the $49 Pop Century AP rate and was told that the CRO room only reservation system is working just fine, but it is the package reservation system that is down.

I have been calling these guys since last night to try to change things and I just tried again and they are still down...I need to talk to them!! I am going crazy waiting..oh well, at least I have all of you!

Hi

I take it that you made a package reservation rather than a room only reservation, since I was able to cancel one reservation and move that deposit over to the Pop Century reservation.
