Critique my plan, please!

We leave tomorrow (me, DH, DD8 and DD5) and I'm trying to nail down my sequence for our days at MK. We will have two days at MK, so I'm not trying to cram everything in on Day 1, just to maximize our fun and minimize our waits. How does this sound:

Day1:
8:15 breakfast at CRT.
Get in line for Merida as soon as we are done with breakfast
Send DH to get Splash FPs
After Merida, go straight to Thunder and ride.
Use Splash FP's
Ride HM
FP Space
Ride Speedway
Ride Toy Story
Ride Peoplemover
Use Space FP's
Ride Monsters Inc.
Do whatever else strikes our fancy.

Day2:
AMEMH
FP Peter Pan while DD8 and DH ride Space
Ride Splash
Ride Thunder
Ride Peter Pan
Ride Small World
Ride Carousel
Ride Pooh
Ride Dumbo
Ride Barnstormer
FP Rapunzel
Ride Pirates
Ride Aladdin
Ride Jungle Cruise
See Rapunzel
Do whatever strikes our fancy.

Ride Speedway Expect a long wait in the heat for this. I'd do it before HM for that rarely has a long wait.
Ride Toy Story Do you mean Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin?

Use Space FP's Again, keep in mind, you must return within the return window
Ride Monsters Inc. Monsters Inc. is a show
Do whatever else strikes our fancy.

Day2:
AMEMH
FP Peter Pan while DD8 and DH ride Space
Ride Splash Switch this with Space
Ride Thunder
Ride Peter Pan
Ride Small World Move this to later in the day as this rarely has a long wait. Also, AMEMH probably will be over by the time you exit what ever ride you decide to do after Peter Pan
Ride Carousel Why not switch this with Pooh?
Ride Pooh
Ride Dumbo Unless your kids want to play in the queue, FASTPASS Dumbo. You can avoid any wait, and Dumbo is not "connected" to the MK FP system.
Ride Barnstormer
FP Rapunzel Keep in mind that you have to walk all the way to the end of MSUSA to get this. You may want to send an FP Runner.
Ride Pirates
Ride Aladdin
Ride Jungle Cruise
See Rapunzel
Do whatever strikes our fancy.

Congratulations on going to Disney! See my suggestions above. Looks like a great plan, but you will be busy and very tired by the end of it. Remember to build in time for breaks and meals. Also, why not see a show or parade? Have a great trip!

I think your plan looks doable. From the order of things, it seems you are trying to minimize the walking from one side of the park to another and I agree with that!

PP is correct about the Speedway. By the time you get there, it will have a pretty long line. You may want to skip this one and if you have two nights at MK, do it during the evening parade one night. Lines will be shorter and it will be a little cooler.

I think you will find that it is hard to stick to such a strict order. Know where you are starting and go from there. You have 2 full days for the MK, you will be fine.

My advice you did not schedule in any parades. I would recommend doing the day one and the night one (maybe on opposite days). Plan for the parades. You can not expect to just walk up to a front row seat. If you want a good seat you should stake it out early.

You will more than likely see random character and have rides you want to do over and over again.

Be flexible and have fun.
