My family will be visiting MK for one day(Feb 4 2017). It would be me,DH, DS (2 years old) and DH's parents.
This day would be mainly about DS so we are not doing any of the big thrill rides. According to the crowd calendar this day (a Saturday)ranks a 5/10.

Crystal palace ADR at 820am
Fast pass peter pan 930
winnie the pooh 945
little mermaid 10:10
dumbo 10:40
it's a small world 11
haunted mansion 1130
Fast pass jungle cruise 12
Fast pass pirates 1230
Lunch at 145pm at BOG
parade at 3
break at hotel ( Fort Wilderness..we have a car). We plan to return to the park around 6.
Fast pass character meet mickey
philharmagic
tiki room
people mover
any do overs of rides DS liked

These times are rough estimates of when we expect to be lining up for each ride. I'd like to stick to a schedule for the must sees in the first couple hours and be more relaxed after.Any thoughts?

One suggestions I would have would be to move your Peter Pan FP to after it's a small world. You are better off doing the standby rides as early in the morning as possible before lines start to grow.

I also noticed you have four FPs listed. You will probably be able to get additional ones later in the day, but probably not for Mickey.

Consider:
Country Bears show.
Carousel
Next to Dumbo, there's the Barnstormer roller coaster. Not sure if there's a height requirement. But it's a super short coaster. Definitely for kids.
If he does like dumbo, there's Aladdin's carpets right next to the tiki room (and right next to Aloha Aisle - Dole Whip and Pineapple float break!)
Astro Orbiter

He might get squirmy in Philharmagic.
Make sure to point out on Peter Pan when you start "flying."

Thanks. I love that idea about Peter Pan. Makes sense
Didn't realize it would be difficult to get additional passes for Mickey

Barnstormer has a height requirement and I think my son would be too short for it.
Yes we definitely want to have a Dole whip :D
Will keep Aladdin in mind depending on how time goes

Input all this info into touring plans and see what you get...
I definitely agree with a FP for PP, long waits without it, but as PP said I would make my FPs for later am to utilize those golden early am hours with low crowds in the park.
I would also fp Mickey earlier in the day and maybe skip HM. It may be too scary for a 2 y/of.
Have a magical trip!

Just be prepared to be flexible. When you try to schedule every ride down to the minute it can be really easy to get off track. Some of your transitions are really tight & may not allow enough time for waiting in line. Then add time for little things like using the restrooms, getting a snack or pausing to take in the atmosphere for a moment can really add up. Just remember to have fun, even if your schedule doesn't work out exactly as planned.

Thanks for the suggestion about putting it into touring plans. DIdn't think of that

I agree about the transitions being tight. Especially in the first 2 hours. I wanted to push for the must dos and relax after that
