Critique my ADRS?

Hi All,

I am about a month out from my ADR date! I am a crazy planner and have been planning this trip like crazy for about a year now....I am pretty set on my dining choices, but please critique....we will be using the DDP...

Arrival 11/30 - Nada, as our flight arrives around 5pm and we will be eating off property
12/1 - Epcot, Lunch - Sunshine Seasons, Dinner - Le Cellier (2 Credits)
12/2 - Animal Kingdom, Lunch - Flametree BBQ, Dinner - Ohana (Late due to RoL)
12/3 - Disney Springs, Lunch - Express at Wolfgang Puck, Dinner - California Grill (2 Credits)
12/4 - Universal, Breakfast - Riverside Mill Offsite Lunch and Dinner
12/5 - Hollywood Studios, Lunch - Mama Melrose, Dinner - Fairfax Fair
12/6 - Magic Kingdom, Lunch - BoG, Dinner - LTT
12/7 - Breakfast - Riverside Mill, Offsite Lunch and Dinner

Starting to get nervous about Ohana as we just found out recently that DAK can be open until 11pm, potentially. I don't want to miss the nighttime fun at DAK. In that case, I might replace CG with Ohana and then maybe switch my MK day to eat lunch at LTT and dinner at BoG in order to make sure I use all my credits.

Also, thinking about doing MVMCP on 12/6, that would be the only way I would do both LTT and BoG table service, since I would have the time. Otherwise, I think I'll have to stick to BoG for QS Lunch and LTT for dinner.

12/2: Remember that it gets dark earlier in December, regardless of if Rivers of Maybe is running or just the other stuff. Park will probably close 8ish even with a night show.

I would not expect AK to be open until 11 in December. June and December are entirely different months in terms of light and crowds.

Depending on the timing, even QS lunch with a same evening TS dinner can be a lot of food. I would be sure your lunch is EARLY and your dinner is later. At least that's how we have experienced it.
