Critique my ADRs please!

I'm waffling on a lot of our ADRs and am wondering what I should change.

We're going for 7 nights with the DDP. We are a party of 4, DD is 3.5 and DS will be almost 2.

12/11 (arrival day) We arrive at MCO at 3 pm. 6:30 pm Cape May Cafe (we're staying at BCV)

12/12 MK Day, LTT 12 pm (or should I cancel and just do CS lunch and dinner)?

12/13 down day, Cape May Cafe 8:35 am character breakfast and Ohana 6:30 pm dinner, possibly MVMCP? Haven't decided on that either.

12/14 Epcot day, Lunch at Akershus 12:25. I would love to eat at Via Napoli, is anything there CS?

12/15 DHS in the AM, HW&Vine character breakfast 8:30 am (park opens at 9) Epcot in the afternoon/evening with dinner at Garden Grill 6:45 (this one is non-negotiable, we love it there), I also have Le Chefs De France booked for 12:30 pm but I'm not sure about that...three TS meals in a day is ridiculous IMO but I don't know what to do about it.

12/16 DTD day/down day eat CS or in villa all day (any CS reccs would be awesome)

12/17 AK day Tusker House 8:15 am and possibly head to DHS in the evening for Osborne Lights

12/18 last day, fly home at 3:30 pm, breakfast at Kouzzina 8:20 am

So...what should I cut or change?

I'm not sure about the character breakfast at both Tusker House and HW&Vine, although my kids love Handy manny, Oso and the Einsteins so I don't know, can I find them elsewhere?

I'm not sure LTT will work, menu wise, for our kids as they don't eat that kind of food much. Any other suggestions for MK?

I wanted to move Ohana to the MK day for dinner but the only ressie available is at 9:55 pm which would NOT work. My kids would be

I would not do a 6:30 dinner before a MVMCP. Even if it were a restaurant in the park (which it isn't), you'd be cutting into too much party time. Either move Ohana to 4 pm, or to another day, or do MVMCP on another day.
I agree that 3 TS meals in 1 day is too much and I would cut Chefs De France (since your children love the H&V characters and GardenGrill is non negotiable)...since you're staying at BCV, perhaps do Chef De France on your down day...either before or after DTD.
Finally, I would keep Tusker breakfast...one of my favorite character meals and you have a great slot at 8:15...as long as it isn't a morning EMH day. I advise you to ask for the check when you sit down so it won't hold you up if you're reay to leave at RD time..themn you can just walk right on to the first safari!

Thanks! I can't do Chefs de France on a down day, we will have the military 4 day hoppers so we can't go to another park on the down day. I will probably cancel Chefs de France and I can't move Ohana, its all booked...so if we do MVMCP we might just cancel Ohana.

On your MK day I would change LTT for CP with Winnie the Pooh so much fun for the little ones. There's lots of variety too if you don't think they will like the menu at LTT.

For your DD day EOS for CS is wonderful. Great sandwiches and they accept DDP. They have a special holiday sandwich that's like Thanksgiving dinner served warm

Thank you for the character info! We might just do the meet and greets. I really detest breakfast buffets. And I switched the Tusker House breakfast to lunch now that its a character lunch!! WooHoo!

I will ask DD about CP. She just went and saw the Winnie the Pooh movie with DH so she would recognize the characters. Before that it was "Who's that?" When I showed her a picture of Pooh.
