Hi everyone...this will be my gazillionth trip to Disney, but it will be our third trip as a family.
Me, DH, MIL, DD6, DD4, DS2

We are staying 7 nights at BC (first 2 nights room-only, last 5 nights DDxP)

Day 1: Arrival Day; Epcot; Biergarten 5:30pm (OOP)

Day 2: AK RD; Tusker House 10:15am (is it worth it OOP?); swim in afternoon; night open (Boardwalk, DTD, etc.)

Day 3: CRT 8:15am (we are NOT early risers, so I'm a little nervous for this one!); hang out at MK, back to resort to freshen up; HDDR 5:00pm (what time should we be at BC bus stop?)

Day 4: Cape May Cafe 10:15am; Swim during the day; Epcot late afternoon; Via Napoli 4:30pm

Day 5: Girls on Albatross Cruise, rest of us to Kouzzina 9:45am; swim; day open; California Grill 5:30pm; MK

Day 6: MK RD; Crystal Palace 11:55am; back to resort to swim; 'Ohana 7:05pm; fireworks from Poly

Day 7: HS RD; H&V 12:25pm (make earlier?); Flying Fish 5:35pm; back to HS or Boardwalk

Day 8: Cape May again 10am; swim; Beaches and Cream lunch (OOP); home

We usually get CS meals at Hurricane Hannah's, but since we will be doing DDxP this time...what can we get as snack credits from there? So if we get the kids lunches, it will have to be OOP right?

The only one I'd think about changing (if it were me) is the CRT breakfast. I just can't fathom how it's worth the 2 credits for breakfast. But if it's a must do, I can see you "working it in" where you could.

I did originally have CRT booked as a dinner, but then we decided to try HDDR for the first time as well. Also, I have read some negative reviews about their dinner, and I thought it would be cool to get into MK before the park opens. I actually have never been at a park for RD before, so this trip will be a little different for us. We cherish our resort/pool time during the day.
If we had the regular dining plan, I probably would do CRT for dinner just to justify the credits, but since we have deluxe, I feel like what's the difference.
