Critique/Make Suggestions - our ADRs

DH and I will be at WDW from August 22 through August 28. We're doing DxDP and can book beginning on Sunday, May 24th. The list below shows what we would like so far. Any suggestions?

Saturday, August 22: (MK)

• Arrive MCO @ 9:30 a.m.
• Counter service at MK
• O'Hana @ ~8:00 pm (our 1st night tradition)

Sunday, August 23: (Epcot/MK)

• Kona Cafe @ ~7:30 am
• Chefs de France @ ~12:30 pm
• Tony's Town Square @ ~7:30 pm

Monday, August 24: (Hollywood Studios)

• Chef Mickeys @ ~8:00 am
• 50s Prime Time Cafe @ ~12:30/1:00 pm
• Citricos @ ~8:30 pm

Tuesday, August 25: (MK/Epcot)

• Capt. Cook's
• Liberty Tree Tavern @ ~12:00 pm
• Nine Dragons @ ~8:00 pm

Wednesday, August 26: (Downtown Disney/Resort)

• Grand Floridian Cafe @ ~7:30 am
• Capt. Cook's
• California Grill @ ~7:30/8:00 pm

Thursday, August 27:

• Gasparilla Games
• Lunch ??
• Dinner ??

Friday, August 28:

• Breakfast ??
• Lunch ??
• Dinner = depart Polynesian to stay night with friend that lives in Orlando

They look real good, where you plan on being Thurs and Friday? You must really like the Poly, huh?

We honestly aren't 100% sure. We generally stick to MK and Epcot. DH doesn't really care for Animal Kingdom, so we don't normally go there. Suggestions on restaurants and/or park ideas?

Jiko is is great if you're looking to add another Sig. Dining option. The filet and mac&cheese is to die for. Or how about a Boma breakfast or lunch on your last day? Either one of those is worth it to go a explore the resort!

I agree with the above poster for those choices. Is your Dining plan the one that includes unlimited tours and a Cirque show? If so, I would be doing some of those.
