Crisis Averted! Yay for the Disneyworld Merchandise hotline!!

Monty Dog's most favoritest water dish , featuring all his favorite Disney dogs fell about 4 feet and broke. It had been in a backpack, and the strap broke and the backpack went tumbling.

The plastic dish was totally broken. It fell with just the "right" angle and force to break.



So we just called up Disney World Mail Order, spoke to a great CM named Jody, and she was able to locate the dish for us and we placed an order for 2 (just in case...and besides, they are actually bigger and cheaper than most of the ones sold in pet supply stores here!).

Monty should have his new Disney Dogs dish in about 2 weeks or so!

Here is what the dish looks like (this picture is of the one that broke... and it's surrounded by Monty's other souveniers from our Feb trip...yes he is spoiled...)

It was so easy, they knew exactly what I was talking about and the entire call took about 5 minutes, if that. Kudos to Disney Mail Order.

What wonderful service. That is a beautiful bowl.....lol but I don't have a dog

I'm so happy that you are able to get a replacement so quickly. I never realized that those bowls were available. Guess what is on my list to bring back to Xavier????

They had a ton of dog and cat stuff there. On our last trip, Monty got the bowl, 3 toys (and they are seriously among his favorites!) , a bandana, a leash and collar set, a tin of liver treats and a few other odds and ends.

He's spoiled.

We have the same bowls for our pup. I "think" they opened an actual store in DTD for pets featuring all Disney stuff. We also have the leash and the collar and a ball on a rope from Disney.

They did. It's called Disney Tails and it is part of the Pooh Corner building in Downtown Disney. I can not wait to check it out in Dec!!

My daughter bought the same bowl in June for her spoiled chihuawha (sp-she can spell it-lol!).

Oh man, I am so in trouble in September with 5 dogs to bring souvenirs home to!!
