Really? You take something else other than Topamax for migraines that works?? I take 225mgs a day and another med in the am... and I still get headaches (just not 25 a month!) I was up to 275mgs but I couldn't take that high a dose...I would love to be able to get off of this med all together... I don't remember what I feel like not on it anymore....

I get period headaches a couple times a month. If I don't catch them in time, they develop into migraines. I can't imagine getting so many all the time.

I forget how much I took of Topamax, but I went from about every other day to about once or twice a week...still a lot, but the intensity went down and I noticed an improvement. I have the same result with the Riboflavin & Magnesium, but without all the crazy side effects of Topamax. And it's like, 20x cheaper.

The only problem is when you go off Topamax, expect to gain weight.

I went to my Neurologist and essentially said "what else can I try where I feel like myself again?" and he suggested the Magnesium (I currently take 500mg, but I can go up to 1000mg daily) and Riboflavin (currently at 200mg, up to 400mg.)

We don't know yet. This is the first time she's appeared. Previous spoilers have said she's a new (recurring) woman in Reid's life.

I think the "new woman" is some kind of shrink/neurobiologist, who's doing cutting edge research. I suspect Reid is feeling more deeply for her than she is for him, and that's the arc it's going to take. Maybe she's someone he knows through AA/NA meetings, which is the reason for the cloak-and-dagger stuff.

Missed a bit of this when Dh came home from soccer.

I'm not liking the lady friend. I get the feeling that the 'other man' is a freaky unsub...just afraid that this woman is a partner in crime? or maybe she's locked up and is making Reid use pay phones so that no consistent phone # or place of call shows up. That would be more so that the 'man' can't trace Reid.

I got that feeling because Reid said something about the team being able to help her. I think this is going to get more freaky as time the season goes on.

She did say "I love you" before hanging up the last time. Reid seemed awfully surprised by it.

I don't think he would either...but if he feels like he's saving her from bad relationship?? Then yes, absolutely.

I have a slightly different take. Although I do agree there will be a 'man' in the picture who turns out to be an unsub.

Remember back 2 seasons ago when Reid was having recurring headaches? He even went in for an exam and they told him they couldn't find anything physical, that maybe it was mental. That was supposed to be a storyline to bring back Reid's mom (Jane Lynch) for an episode on schizophrenia, which can be inherited. But, she's too busy filming Glee to take even one day to shoot CM. So the producers said they abandoned that storyline.

I guess they figured out a way to work it back in. The woman asked Reid how his headaches were. He said she was right about taking Riboflavin and Magnesium. He said something like he found about about that from meeting her on the Internet somehow. Like, maybe he posted a question on a message board for alternative medicine about it and she happened to answer. I think they struck up a friendship from that. Probably started PMing each other.

I think she's in hiding, probably from some domestic violence husband. That's why she only wants him to call from pay phones. I think at some point the wife beating husband will either find her and Reid will jump in to try to save her. I don't know if he will bring the team in on it.

It kind of doesn't make sense why he wouldn't. They are supposed to be the best of the best. But, they can't find or keep her safe from some man?

I suppose it's like when Morgan told his cousin, Cindy, to go into hiding and not tell anyone where she is. Or when Hotch's wife & son went into witness protection to hide from the Reaper. But, that didn't end well.

Neither did it end well for Prentiss when she tried to handle Doyle without the team's help and she died for a time.

I think CM is getting down to it's last one or two seasons. This is Season 8. It would be nice to see Reid in a happy relationship by the end, the way J.J. & Will got married. Also, Garcia & Kevin can get back together and get married too. It would be a nice way to tie up the characters on the show.

But, I have a feeling that maybe this woman will get killed by her unsub and Reid ends up devastated.

Okay, I'm going with "she's an agoraphobiac, and this ties in with the creepy stalker who had pictures of the team". Since the team is into behavioral analysis, they would know a thing or three about agoraphobia...
