Hmm, since the writers now know early enough that Paget isn't coming back, I wonder if she will turn out to be having more problems and fall out after the whole Doyle thing, after all. She had been over-compensationg all this time. Maybe, she finally just falls apart. That it will turn out she ends up leaving the FBI because of it all.

Good point, they have the luxury of time and hopefully they will use it wisely.

I'm not pro or anti a new cast member, the addition of Rossi was a master stroke so if they can pull another one like that we're in for a treat.

It took me a while to figure out that Hotch was Greg, I wasn't a regular viewer of Dharma and Greg. I do remember Hailey saying that she wanted Jack to know that his father wasn't always so serious. So maybe Hotch is finding that person again-both he and Jack will benefit.

I just remembered this strange, "Life parallels fiction," piece of news I came across a couple weeks ago. I know CM is based on a lot of real profiles & cases as they have a former profiler actually advising the writers. But, seeing a real-life incident of it made me go, YUK!

Everyone, remember this character?

He was a guy who went off his anti-psychotic meds and whenever someone touched him he went bonkers and killed people? He was trying to remember his childhood. Turns out, his father was a serial killer of young boys. Only a boy, Tommy, was able to escape with his help.

The father had never moved away from his old home because his house is across the street from a school yard, and he can sit & watch the children out there playing.


Well, I came across this news article about Jerry Sanduski. He's the former football coach accused of allegedly molesting 10 boys at Penn State.

"STATE COLLEGE, Pa. — Prosecutors asked Tuesday to have Jerry Sandusky kept indoors as part of his bail conditions, citing complaints that the former Penn State assistant football coach was seen outside and watching children in a schoolyard from the back porch of his home, where he remains under house arrest while awaiting trial on child molestation charges.

The state attorney general's office argued in a court filing that Sandusky's bail conditions should be revised so that he is not allowed outside except to seek medical treatment. Prosecutors said they opposed Sandusky's request to be allowed contact with his grandchildren as he awaits trial on 52 child sex-abuse charges.

"Several individuals from the adjacent elementary school have expressed concerns for the safety of children at their school and the adjacent neighborhood," prosecutors wrote. "Such concerns will only mushroom if defendant is permitted to roam at will outside his house.""

BTW, I am not inferring that Sanduski is a child serial killer. Just that for an alleged child molester, it's awfully coincidental & yukky that he lives next to a school where he can see the kids from his porch.

I'm happy to see Hotch happy. It is great to see him smiling and so relaxed. He has a brilliant smile.

His new GF is okay. But, she reminds me a lot of Dharma, in Dharma & Greg. Thomas Gibson played Greg, who also worked for the government - the Justice department, and was a very serious attorney, until he met Dharma.

The new GF, like Dharma, is very exuberant, likes to change and make up her own rules in playfulness, and be unpredictable, which kept Greg, and now Hotch, on their toes. Apparently, G-men need that?

What I hope doesn't happen is what happened with Dharma & Greg, that Dharma was so vibrant & exuberant that she basically became the Alpha in their relationship & Greg became a whipped Beta, yanked around by the balls. That is not attractive or appealing.

Some of that is on the choices Thomas Gibson made as an actor. There were times he could have made Greg more forceful & had some balls instead of always weakly acquiescing to Dharma's whims or unpredictability. Hotch, as we all know is a bit emotionally shut down right now. I hope Thomas doesn't make that same mistake with this relationship and acting choices when conflict happens, when she becomes upset when he has to cancel plans too much, choosing to chase unsubs over the relationship.


As for Gideon. I liked him when he was on. But, now, I too, really like Rossi. Seeing the contrast, I'm able to see how self-absorbed Gideon was. He was always steeped, delving into the mind of a serial killer, and didn't have a lot of the team interaction and caring the way Rossi has.

Gideon was mean to Garcia once, calling her stupid, during the Fisher King episode. He didn't know her name, even after taking over her office. I do like that he was really a father figure & mentor to Reid, though.


Elle is too prissy & shrill. I doubt they can bring her back. She never admitted to purposely killing that rapist. I don't think Hotch would want her back on the team.

The actress playing her, (I don't even know her real name! ) is NYC based now. She has raised a family here. She was recently on White Collar, which films here. I don't think she'd move back for CM and uproot her family.

That's exactly how I feel about Gideon. I liked him until I saw the contrast between him and Rossi. It kind of seemed like the only one he really cared about was Reid. You can tell Rossi loves all of them. And I couldn't believe that Gideon didn't even know Garcia's name He really was pretty self absorbed.

I believe her name is Lola Glaudini. She was on Blue Bloods once too, which is also filmed in New York.

That's what I was thinking. It'll eventually catch up to her and she just won't be able to handle the job anymore.

I know the season finale is her last episode...I wonder if this means that, for the second seson in a row, we won't get an awesome cliffhanger ending. I don't see how they could give her a good send-off AND have a major cliffhanger at the same time. I miss those cliffhangers. But it would save us from an anxiety filled summer Remember after season 5? All summer we were like "Is Morgan gonna die?!?!"

I found a Youtuber that films the whole episode in one video rather than in 4 part segments. I'm afraid to link to that person in case CBS finds out & makes that person delete their videos. (S/he has only tapes the last few episodes.) Everybody, search around and you probably will find the whole videos when you need them.
