I was thinking the same thing. I guess it's all those unanswered questions. . . Not exactly what I think of as a "cliffhanger." When they tell us Cliffhanger, I want a CLIFFHANGER, like at the end of last season with Spicer & Morgan.

Well it's kind of a cliffhanger. We don't know if Hotch will be back or not. It would've been more of a cliffhanger if Shemar hadn't signed the contract last week. It wasn't in the episode, but Prentiss could be back. Seaver might be leaving. There's a lot still open

Definitely not the traditional CM cliffhanger though.

At least we won't be going insane all summer trying to decide if whoever was involved in the cliffhanger is gonna die

I think it would be really hard to do an intense cliffhanger like that after the Prentiss story line this season. That was really intense. Although they did it last year after the Reaper story line...But there was a lot going on this season and it would probably be hard to have a cliffhanger like that since we really don't know who's gonna be around for season 7

I think the only real cliffhanger is "Hotch's" position with the BAU, especially given that we don't for sure about TG's contract just yet. Well that and "Prentiss".

Maybe "Garcia" and "Kevin" buy the farm? I just don't see "Garcia" leaving though. Have we heard about her contract?

Garcia isn't leaving. The only ones who might be are Hotch and Seaver.

I said a bleep word when Rossi was shot at. I was surprised that Morgan got in a shot, considering so many people standing around. They always have to worry about people in their line of fire if they miss. Plus, the woman was stupid with so many people around. Like they wouldn't go after her if she shot Rossi?

Garcia & Reid's contracts are good until the end of next season. I guess. . . then Reid either goes crazy like his mom, or he comes back.

I thought it was so funny when Kevin said how private and secluded a farm would be and Garcia said something like, "That means the unsub can torture you more in private."


This episode was written by Erica Messer, the new exec producer who will be taking over the direction & style of ALL of CM next season. It's nice to see her writing in all the funny lines for Garcia and even give Reid a sense of humor.
