I got Home Decor and Wedding, which was all the closest one had. Another woman also was looking for Camp Out, so they called the next two closest, and neither had it. But at least I don't have to run around looking.

I got Camp Out, Stone Script & Wedding at Mike's. I had them price-match a Stamping at Jo's. I'm done

I got there at 10 and there were 2 people ahead of me at the cricut display. One had stone script and wedding - I got home decor. Unfortunately, when she went to check out - they were gone and she asked for a rain check - they said no, very rudely. And, the other store in the area only had 3 carts - stone script and wedding (my new friend called a friend who went to the other store).

What a bait and switch operation! I haven't been buying much there and this just makes me more likely to not go there!

You mean they had to provide you with customer service?! You sure are asking a lot lady! I never get the Mike's workers. When DH and I check out separately each with a coupon they act like it is a Watergate conspiracy!

We really need DIT to come up here and train the employees to be customer friendly!!! DIT, do you think your boss could arrange such a thing???

My Michael's didn't have any either! There were a lot of unhappy ladies roaming the scrapbook section.

I don't think he'd go for it, but I'd love it!!! My manager would say that you should come and shop at our store. He is VERY big on good customer service. He gets upset with us if we walk by a customer without greeting them.

I looked at what solutions cartridges we had the other day and we only had baseball, home decor, and stone script.

Went to the other Wal-mart. Needed apples and strawberries for lunches.

They had - Stone Script, Sans Serif, Black Letter, Basketball, Indie Art, Wedding.

I got the first three. They weren't really keen on giving me the price match - their normal $39.86 to $14.99 is pretty steep. But they did. I wonder if they will go back there and hide the rest until next week. Good thing they didn't call the Michaels to check stock. I would have been out of luck with my fonts.

Going to try Meijers tomorrow for Stampin Solutions.

I bring them up and he rings them up and I said " there is a sign over there that said they are 40% off" and he said " that was last week". I said well there is a sign up over there that says 40% off. He called someone on the walkie talkie and they decided to give them to me at 40% off. Geez how nice. There's a sign. ..... Hello!
He was mad - I was glad - !! Customer service at michaels just plain stinks.
Another vote for Stephanie to come work at my michaels!

Start quoting Massachusetts Consumer Protection Law and they'll fold...Really. If there is a sign, they have to give it to you at that price, whether it was last week or last month. So there!

I have found, out of the 3 M's near me only one has decent customer service, so I go there over the other two as often as possible. Because of my coupon without the "No Cricut" disclaimer, I am on a first name basis with the manager of the store. He is frightened of my coupons, but knows they are legit and honors them as he should.

Ditto DIT...come see us sometime!

I went to the Michael's in my town first and they were all sold out with a sign even saying that they were. So I went to one in another town. All they had left was the Home Decor one, so I bought that. The manager was the one who unlocked the cage for me so I had asked him if they'd had other ones before the sale (since the only Solutions tag I saw in the cage had been for that one). He told me that was all they had these days and that they wouldn't be getting anymore at all because they'd been discontinued. Not sure if he meant just at Michael's or what (that's probably what he meant), but I just wanted to give everyone on this board the heads up on that.

I also made a comment to him that it was probably because they were so expensive. $15 is reasonable. $20 too...but $50 for those Solutions cartridges? Give me a break. But that's neither here nor there.

Has anyone seen Home Decor anywhere? I tried looking at my Mike's and Js and didn't find it.
