Cricut Rewards question

Has anyone successfully entered the new solution cart reward codes into their account?

My code has 7 first numbers instead of 6 and it is not going through.

I looked on the cricut community boards, but don't see a section that would cover this.

Help.

have you tried to contact them? My stamping solutions cart rewards looked like all the others. I finally mailed off all of older cart reward cert requests -- Cars, Pooh etc. I was emailed the reward number within one week. I was surprised at how fast it was. Hopefully, they will be equally fast with your question.

My Easter ones worked. They are pretty quick to respond. What is the email address you sent it to? There is an actual person who gets the emails at one. (I'll look for it).

Threw it away once I input them...

I just looked online on cricutrewards.com, there are 7 digits in the first spot for all three spring seasonal ones.

Are you sure you are using zeros and letter Os where necessary?

I was just clicking the link under the point amount. There is a different way to get there?

I have 1560...I was thinking either Don Juan or George. I also want the Chrsitmas solutions cart that is out of stock....I need to buy another cart to get both Don Juan and George.....Customs crops is having a really good sale

When you mailed your forms in, do you use separate envelopes?

You don't need separate envelopes. If you send an email to that address I posted, she will allow you to email her info and get the points much faster.

Just make sure you let her know that you have missing points and would prefer to do it by email...Hopefully, she'll help you out. I know that Holly had to mail some stuff in, but maybe she can do it by email. I had a couple that didn't have UPC numbers or certificates (tell her you threw away the box) and maybe she'll let you give her the serial number. Worth a try!

I had quite a few too, and just couldn't bring myself to mail them out. I wonder where I put those things. Cleaning up many times since then isn't always a good thing.
