Are they always this impossible to find in stores? Or is it just because its Christmas. I've been to 4 stores so far. Each has been sold out. We live in a rural area. I can't be driving 15 -20 miles each and every direction trying to find a store that has them in stock. :headache:

At this rate, if I find anyone who has them, I'm buying 2 packages, no matter what the price is.

I've only had my Cricut Expression since October. Between how unhappy I am about how its doing a terrible job on Bazzill paper I wanted to use for Christmas cards, having to buy a new mat already, and now not able to find blades, its sucking all the joy out of how excited I was when I bought it.

I know Joanns carries them and they are in-stock online. I am always buying new mats and blades but I use my cricut a lot. Also I have learned to try to stay away from bazzill and Stampin Up paper cuts very well in the cricut.

Good Luck

I've had good luck with amazon and hobby lobby. I always have at least 1 spare blade and 1 new mat in the house ;)

Amazon.com usually has them for a good price. I usually get my mats from them too. Free shipping if you spend $25 which is not hard to do.

Be sure to check the online retailers too...cricutmachine and diecutcentral always have sales on mats and blades. When I buy something I always buy at least a couple. As far as the mat goes, clean it with a baby wipe and then use either spray repositional adhesive or a zig pen to re-sticky it. It makes the mats go a lot further! (Be aware that doing this to the mat is said to void your warranty on your machine.)
