Hello, I have a question for those of you who use the Cricut. I finally broke down and bought one, and I am pretty sure I am going to love it. Here is the question. What is your favorite way to add adhesive to what you have cut out?

TIA
Cait

Zig glue pens, specifically the top one. You can find them at Michael's and ACMoore. Oh and I hold them with Tweezers while adding the glue.

Another vote for Zig pens. I don't like the top one. I use the 2nd and 3rd one from the top all the time.

I use the Creative Memories glue pen which is a ball point tip. It looks like the top zig pen. When I first got my cricut I was using my Xyron, but I don't like how it leaves sticky stuff around the edges.

I used the xyron too, but I am now a big fan of the zig pen. I have only used the 3rd one down.

I also use my ATG

If they are smaller size I use the Zip pen as well. The third one down. The first one on the top I have had problems with, but the others are great. For the bigger pieces I use xyron.

I use the 2nd and 3rd glue pen posted for smaller things. I also like glue dots and the creative memories tape roller for some things. I think you'll find that you will use a variety of product depending on you projects.

Well I have learned something. I have a 3M squeeze pin thing that has two ends, but the zig pens look much better. Where do you get them?

I mostly use my Xyron (2.5" size). If the piece is very tiny, I use my ball point Zig glue pen... if it is too large for the Xyron, I use my Dotto adhesive.

I agree with the PP who mentioned the extra adhesive around the edges using the Xyron.... but I find if I just rub it lightly with a clean finger, most of the extra adhesive will come off. You could also use an adhesive remover (looks sort of like an eraser)..........P
