Has anyone tried these out or figured out a GREAT way to use them? I am curious about them, but hesitant to make the plunge.

I have them. I haven't used them much. I make sure that the paper is lined up againt the right margin. Load the paper. Draw the image. Take out the pen and put the blade back in, don't move it. Use the up arrow to go back up to where you started. Cut again.

I used the markers on the moon in this page.

I like that!! very nice:goodvibes now maybe I'll take those pens out of the package...and try them:rolleyes1

I have used them to make the front of birthday cards for kids to color in.

I use them all the time. At first I was like you. "I would never use those, so I wont buy them." Then I did and I use them on almost every page! It is really good for things with extra lines that really aren't cut lines, such as paper dolls clothes, animals, and the moon posted above. I used to have to trace the lines with a marker, now cricut does it for me. You can also use it to write things and then just cut the words out in a block, as opposed to having words cut out. I don't have any examples of that on my work computer though.

I have them, thanks to LoganandTylersMAMA showing me how it works at one of my crops. It really adds depth to the die cut. If you have a coupon or if the pens go on sale, give it a try. Or if you come to one of my CT crops, ask for a demo, I'll gladly show you! :)
