I am definately watching. It is a very cool macine, but I think I am going to wait a while and see the fall out. I did not get the Gypsy last year at the world launch and was regetting it. About 2 months later I got a much better deal and some of the kinks were worked out. I think the same thing may happen with the I. But I can't wait to hear what everyone has to say and good luck with yours.

I would love to get the new toy but I HATE my printer and all the ink it goes through. I can't imangine how much that goes through.

It looks really cool, but money is super tight and I just can't swing it right now. And, I too want to wait until all the kinks are worked out and the price drops!

I would love to have one but could never justify the price right now with things being so tight.

I have to agree with dlbwright about waiting a while. I have seen the Gypsy going for much less than when if was first launched. I still do not have the Gypsy either and it hasn't really bothered me at all since I really NEED large screens to do work with these tired old eyes lol.

It does seem really cool.

This is exactly what I thought. With as much as I go through mats and blades, if I go through ink that fast, I'll have no money for anything else.

I still don't have a Gypsy, so I think I can hold out on this one.

I was not at all happy with the Gypsy until an update or two ago, where you can now design in CDS and load to the Gypsy and cut. No more swapping out cartridges!

That's good to know they added that functionality, finally. That makes the Gypsy more interesting to me. I design on the laptop, which is downstairs. When I have to cut, I have to drag the laptop upstairs. Just using a Gypsy would be easier. But I like having the full screen of the computer to design with.

Where are the BF ads, already?

I bought a Gypsy after Christmas last year because I had to have one. Honestly, I don't think I've designed a single thing on it. It seems hard to work on and it's frustrating me. Maybe I'm missing something, but I regret that purchase. The only thing I use it for is to look for items I want to use on the carts. Then I use the cart in my Cricut.
Will watch the Imagine for a little while and see if it is something I will really use. I'm really trying to keep my purchases limited because we are saving for DW next year. Can only go if I keep to the budget, which is small for scrappin stuff. Anyway.......more than you needed to know.

I use the laptop too, I usually have it and the Gypsy right next to the Cricut, I just wish they would come up with a way to attach both the G and the C to the laptop at the same time.

I was regretting the purchase of the G until that update. And, now that hide selected contours is sticking (on the G, still not in CDS), I like it even better.

I am just am about to get into the E world let alone the the Imagine world. lol

I got a G due to getting a phenom price on it. Absolutely love it!!

Congrats to those who took the big plunge! I am interested to see what you can do with it and how much the ink is. It is a great idea, but I am wondering if PC has rushed it to production like they tend to do.

I will say...I have had my G for a year now and I absolutely LOVE it! It has taken my scrapping to a whole new level!
