I was thinking about buying a cricut expression machine for awhile and it's on sale at Hobby Lobby this week. Can anyone give me a review if they have one? How do they like it, etc?

Thanks in advance

The expression is fabulous..
It allows you to cut some to the size of the page (it will calculate based on the shape how big it can be)... It will allow you to auto fill so if you need several of something it will tell you how many of that size will fit on the page and cut. I will allow you to multi-cut for thick paper (I love that feature)...

Hands down I love my Expression...
I have owned the baby bug, I still own the create and the expression...

Good Luck with your purchase!!!

Here is another thumbs up. I love my E and use it all the time! :goodvibes

Another vote for the E. My first cut for a layout was a big pair of Mickey shorts. I put maps of each park inside the pants. It's the last page of my last album.

another yes vote for the E :thumbsup2 love mine!

Bless your heart Lisa... You just solved my 2008 Map page!!!! You rock girl!!!!
What size?????

I love my E but when it dies I'm looking into another cutter that will my Sure Cuts A Lot program. My biggest hint is to buy the carts on sale - don't pay over $50

do the E & not a smaller one (you will get the bigger one or keep wishing for it)

I've had my E for a year now. I use it for so many projects. Last winter I found a Jukebox on clearance for $25. It's come in really handy. I can load it with 6 cartridges and not have to stop, open boxes, and put in a different cartridge, each time I want a different cut.

The Expressions is one purchase I've never regretted.

I've had mine for over a year and never used it until a few weeks ago and it makes scrapbooking so easy and in some way cheaper. It was gettting pretty expensive to buy every decals, embelishment in triplet now it cost me a fraction to cut. The down side I ind it so easy that I do way more scrapbooking therefor spend even more money LOL

Absolutely, go for it!!!:thumbsup2 I love both my Cricuts - use them equally. Great investment, in my opinion.

Another thumbs up for the E! I had the original Cricut and upgraded to the E when the pink one came out. I use it for scrapbooking and card making all the time. You won't regret buying it.
Someone mentioned not spending over $50 for a cart ... you can get them even cheaper than that. It just takes some shopping around and waiting for sales.

Thanks for everyone's reply! I got it last night as a birthday present from my family and I love it! DH got me two Disney carts and today i found a Cars cart on clearance for $15 at Wal-Mart.
I am a Kindergarten teacher and Disney is my classroom theme so i can see this helping me a ton! I

Many of the teachers on the scrapping section (and I'm sure many of the other sections) will tell you they use it a lot with their bulletin boards and other items.. I know several of the PTO mom's on here have used them too....

Have fun.. if you ever find yourself having questions just come post here... one of us will be around to answer...and you will get lots of good tips!!!!

Get the Paper Doll carts -- not for the dolls but the extras
wonderful holiday things on the Paper Doll Dress Up
then the Everyday Paper Dolls has sports & career type stuff

I still use those 2 carts the most (you would think I would use my Mickey Cart:rotfl::rotfl:)

Ditto! Love all the extras on the PD carts. Also, Zooballoo is a great dual purpose cart, it has a font and lots of animals. :goodvibes

What would be the best cart for safari animals? My school has adopted a safari theme for the school so I am doing "Mickey's Animal Kingdom" and want some really good safari carts.

Thanks in advance!

I like the Zooballoo cart because it has animals and fonts. But others might have better ideas.

Either Zooballoo or Animal Kingdom would work for the safari animals. Zooballoo has the font, animal kingdom has lots of creative features that allow you to cut just then animal's head/face, bookmarks, or the sound the animal makes.

I would check both of these out & see which one fits your stlye better - I have AK & love it (used it alot last year)
