Cricut Expression $188.00

Last year, Expressions were available later in the day, so it won't be necessary to be there at O'dark thirty.

I just read on another site that Joanns will have the cartridges for $28.88 on the Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend. Also the small cricut will be $79.99 sometime during that weekend, but I'm not sure of the day.

Cricut advice..okay so this is my "big" gift that I'm asking for this year...would you recommend the Cricut Personal Electronic Cutter, which I was looking at because of the price, or the Expression - with that awesome BF price?

Thanks!!

It really depends on your usage -being a teacher, I use the Expression more for bulletin boards etc... but i also use my Little Bug for scrapbooking. Have to say that both are useful for me. Whichever you get, enjoy them - they are so wonderful to have! :thumbsup2

Arrrrrrrrrrrrgh! I'm going to be far away from civilization on Saturday! Okay, not really, but up in New Hampshire where they don't have cell service! Oh, but they do have Wi-Fi!

You don't want to be out with all the nutbars at the @ss-crack of dawn? :confused3

Not all of us are nutbars! Some of us just like buying our toys CHEAP! Plus, if I go out early and shop then DH puts all the Christmas decorations up and I don't have to mess with it. Bonus! :thumbsup2

:rotfl2: You have a good deal going!

Are all the Wally Mart's opening early for BF? My babysitter works at one and said she has to be there at 4:30. I did hear about them opening earlier since an employee was trampled to death last year. I think it was on Long Island that it happened so it was big on our NYC news. I've been debating about getting the E. For $188 I might just HAVE to have it!

And, that's a super deal! Princess and I are going away for the weekend, I'm hoping DH will at least get the stuff down while we're gone...Doubt it though!

Ugh! I have visions of the Big E dancing in my head! All I have is the original Cricut...I could save so much money on border punches if I just bought this Big E. :lmao:

My DW has the smaller Cricut, now. But, I'm planning on getting her an "upgrade" to the Expression for this Christmas.

She has all of the Disney character cartridges. Most of them are so intricate that they're very hard to assemble at even the regular Cricut's max. size: 5.5 inches.

This weekend, we cut and assembled (she cut, I glued) a Tinker Bell for the WDW window display we're making for our Dec. trip and, even at maximum, some of the parts were so tiny it was almost impossible to glue them. I ended up having to draw in Tink's eyes with a blue pen because they were just too tiny to cut!

If you have any plans of making Disney characters, I think the Expression would be a big help.

i second that! i do love mine.
and it sat in the box for like ever!

i am so hoping to go to m's turkey night!

Thank you - this was the final factor in my decision to get the Expression. :woohoo:Now poor dh will be going out on BF to Wal-mart!

I think I missed something...is Michaels selling it for the same price on Thanksgiving?

There is no official word from M's yet. However the store will be open at 5pm on Thanksgiving day. Last year they had deals on machines and carts for $29. I will be one of the loonies in line for that one. :thumbsup2 I just hope they have Dino Tracks by then.

I will be going to Mike's on turkey day as well, staying in on black friday..

Have you seen the pictures of the E's from the Walmart ad? They look so cool! I am normally a red girl, but I am digging the black with the green inside. It would match my Gypsy Laddio! :lmao:
