There is AristoCrepes at Disney Springs and Crepes des Chefs de France in the France Pavilion at Epcot. Both are walk-up stands. Aristo-Crepes has savory crepes with beef or ham and cheese, and sweet ones with strawberries, banana-Nutella, or s'mores. At Epcot they have plain butter and sugar, chocolate, Nutella, or strawberry, and also have ice cream. Menu links below:

Yeah, there actually may be a few more places where you can get them but I think the two I mentioned are all the places that specialize in crepes only.

Lighter, skinner, and have sugar in them.

Typically will come in a stack and people will put syrup, powder sugar, or Jam on them.
