After printing out and studying menus, found myself choosing restaurants based on if they had creme Brulee.

Kona -caramel Banana creme Brulee -Exquisite, Delicious!

Pepper Market- creme Brulee- small, thicker crust of sugar on top, scrumptious!

Le Cellier- Maple creme Brulee- generous but also not as yummy as other two. Didn't finish.

So have I missed any?

Also , always wanted to try Bananas Foster. Had it at Rainforest Cafe. Why didn't I realize that cold of ice cream would adversely affect texture of crepes? Will never order again.

Chefs de France. Fantabulous custard, best anywhere. Crust could have been a bit thicker but was evenly caramelized and crispy, I could tell that it had been freshly made.

Thanks for the list, its my favorite. It will be my goal to try them all when we are there!!! :Pinkbounc :bounce:

But I'll be back next week. Yum Yum!

I think that must be the most popular dessert in disney...there is one at almost every restaurant...LOL

Fulton's--milk chocolate creme brulee (my favorite WDW dessert)
Wolfgang Puck's Cafe--creme brulee trio (3 small creme brulees--one vanilla, one butterscotch and one chocolate)

I thought there was one at Fultons, Mom had it...LOL but I couldn't find it on the menu on allearsnet....so I didn't list it...

The trio sounds awesome!!!:hyper:

They also have creme brulee at the Fountainview Bakery in Epcot. It was very good!

Oh, man....I love creme brulee! Thanks so much for this. A creme brulee tour sounds just smashing!

They had creme brulee at Ohana as well, but it was terrible. Skip that one (get the coconut snowball instead!)

seasonally, California Grill has a butterscotch creme brulee that is, without a doubt, the best creme brulee I've ever had

We've been working on this ourselves, trying out creme brulee wherever we can. So far, our absolute favorite has been the maple creme brulee at Le Cellier, it has just a fabulous flavor and a great crust. Chef de France's is a close second, with a dense custard, and a thick crust. We didn't like the new one at Brown Derby, vanilla and blueberry, at all. It didn't really have any flavor or texture.

I enjoyed the Brown Derby's mix of vanilla and blueberry. The custard was firm and smooth, and there were plenty of large sweet berries. The shell on top was not as thick as Chefs de France's version, but CdF's is only vanilla.
I didn't dig the biscotti too much, but that was really a side item.

The Butterscotch creme brulee is awsome at the CA Grille...Also at Corleons on I Drive has the best Ive ever had.

I did not like the creme brulee at Kona. The sugar was not completely caremelized so I sent it back. They brought out another one which was just as bad. The suggar was granular in my mouth as I ate it. Not enough time under the fire. The custard was mediocre. Sorry. I really liked the creme brulee trio at Wolfgang Puck.

I thought the creme brulee at Fountainview Bakery was a huge disappointment! I wasn't crazy about the one at Brown Derby, either--but it wasn't the berry one mentioned above. I loved the ones at CRT and Le Cellier (mine was not the maple--can't wait to try that version). I loved the caramel banana at Kona--but go into it prepared to not have a crispy sugar on top. It is more crumbly--but the flavor of the custard is fantastic, IMO! As I mentioned before, my favorite by far is Fulton's milk chocolate creme brulee.
I did not enjoy the creme brulee at Shutter's--both mine and two of my sons' brulees had the flavor ruined by a black burnt tasting sugar topping. Not good!

I am on a diet, so thats more for the rest of you out there!! Enjoy.
