Creme Brulee at France Counter Service?

I didn't see creme brulee on the menu at Deb Wills' site for Boulangerie Patisserie, the counter service restaurant for France at Epcot, but I heard from someone that it is there.

Can anyone verify this for me?

Yes, they usually have it - and they will run it back to the kitchen and heat it up for you! Yummy!

Is it called the 'caramel souffle'? I do see that on the menu.

And what, exactly, is the 'marvelous'??

Just got back Monday and they had Creme Brulee. Don't think it was caramel souffle, it was just labled as Creme Brulee

Not all the menus are updated/correct, minor things change from time to time and things can be missed.

edit: The menu on Allears also doesn't include Lemon Tarts which they clearly had last week (we bought one).
