If you are asking about having leftover CS credits and converting them to snacks... it was something that many were able to do at their resort food courts in the past. However, several people have reported that since Jan 1 of this year they haven't been able to do it anymore. Here's a link to a thread that has posts from last week starting with post #3.

Used to be you could at resort QS, but the current reports are now that as of this year they're no longer allowing it. They're still doing continental breakfast but have a particular list of items you can pick (something like 1 pastry, 1 fruit, and 1 beverage).
