Credit Towards AP with Park Hoppers

OK-I read all the past threads (and wdwig.com) about using Park Hoppers for credit towards an Annual Pass. What I need to know is can we use them for credit towards a Florida Resident Annual Pass? DH and I will be in WDW 10.14-10.21 and we will be moving to Florida around 10.28. We want to get Florida AP's once we have drivers licenses but that will take a while. We would like to hit a few parks during our stay but want to see if we can use unused days on the PH as credit towards our Florida AP. Has anyone done this. Wish a lease was proof for a Florida resident rate

Yes you can. All the same rules that you read will apply.
