Credit Card charged for reservation for Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo Nightime Gathering

I just noticed that my credit card was charged for my upcoming reservation. I don't remember this happening for other reservations in the past like WOC dessert party, but maybe it did or perhaps this is a new policy? Can you tell me the cancellation policy with this? Is it 2 hours or something else?

That cancellation policy implies that one's credit card is not charged in advance...

Cancellation policy is 2 days.

That cancellation policy implies that one's credit card is not charged in advance...

Since it's directly next to the part that says full payment is due upon booking, if anything that implies there's an extra fee for no-showing these parties on top of the original charge.
