Creative Zen Vision M or IPODw/video?

I returned my 2 Zunes because they didn't easily do video, podcast or Audiobooks, which is mainly what we like. We are new to this and have only used our Garmin for audiobooks from audible now we want to expand our horizons.

I'd like to know restrictions. Like I know Audible does not support Zune. Can Ipod go to any site and get "stuff"? Can Zen?
Can Zen go to Itunes and buy videos?

I know that the site I use for books, netlibrary.com, does not supprt Ipods or Zune, but I have no trouble with my Zen V plus.

I can't help with any vidoe though as I have not tried it yet.
Plus I love that I can take music from a CD to my Zen, without having to put it on my computer first.

I have a Creative Zen, I use it mostly for books. I haven't tried the ones from the library on it yet but it should be fine. I had a Rio and I was able to use it for them. The things the Creative has that are great for audio books are sleep & bookmark functions. I have a 30gb and it does movies but I haven't tried that either. I like the space and in general I'm happy with it. The downsides are the size, its a bit bulky and the battery isn't staying charged as well already and I've had it about 6mths.

I don't like dealing with Itunes and it doesn't work well for audio books and isn't as friendly to other sources for media.

That's my next goal to try netlibrary.
Does zen work on ITunes it's just takes a little more actions?

I've never tried to use it with Itunes; I've used it with my DDs Ipods and wouldn't want to use it. Creative has a more Explorer type interface and I find it much easier.

ETA: I asked my 13yo DD because she'd copied some music to mine and she did use Itunes so guess it does work.

My DD has Creative Zen and uses it with Itunes.
