Creative way to "give" a parasailing trip?

I made reservations for my fiance and I to go parasailing on Christmas day during our honeymoon at WDW. His birthday is this month and I want to present him with the Christmas parasailing trip then. However, he works away from home so I'll have to mail it to him. Rather than just mailing a card that says "we're going parasailing," I want to make him something really creative. I'm into scrapbooking and was thinking about something along those lines, or maybe a shadowbox, or maybe one I saw that uses a magazine with the same theme to hide a gift. Any ideas? :confused3

You should get one of those mini disney kites! And maybe hot glue a little Mickey mouse hanging on :) then box it up in peanuts and send it. So when he opens it all he sees is the top of the kite ;)

When we gave this as a gift to my son for his 21st birthday, we created a really neat certificate, sort of like a diploma but with characters and stuff on it. The certificate entitled him to "one parasailing excursion."
