Creative Pin Wearing / Carrying

Last year, we did the traditional thing of wearing our pins on our lanyards. I want to do something a bit different this year for our pins, but not sure what. The lanyards became a bit of a pain by the end of the week. I don't want to wear the little 'display board' for them. Anyone have suggestions?

I've seen people with pins on their hats, wearing vests covered in pins and with pins on their bag straps. DD10 has some she wears on the strap of her pin bags and I've put some on my sling bag straps.

What ever you use other than a lanyard make sure you use a good back. I have found that when they are put on hats or other things you may not notice right away if one is missing.

I did this lanyard for the trip that we realize in October, 2010 to WDW. I did several for my family and a few friends who accompanied us.

I put a couple on my camera strap.

I use a small trading pin bag - have a few traders on the strap, use the sleeves inside for pins that I have traded for which may or may not end up as keepers & use the space in the back of the bag behind the mesh sleeve to keep more trade pins so that I can top up the traders on the strap as we go!! Simple!
