Creative DISigns binder page request please

Has anyone got (or pretty please could someone create?) a binder page that says "creative DISigns" with some craft-y pictures - for the planning journal/binder that I am gathering all my info in. Manage to locate some great binder divides for touring, maps, internary etc, but realised that all my "make and do" stuff is just shoved in at the back, so would love it to have its own section if possible?
