The TOS says

"Members are limited to one account per person. We have a household limit of four (4) accounts, and one account per Internet IP address. Multiple accounts from the same IP address will be flagged as possible fraud, and our systems will notify us of this situation to make sure the member is following the TOS"

I have a cable modem. Does that mean that my DH cannot sign up for CR??

If, when your DH logs onto the internet, he has the same IP as you, then you cannot both do CR from that connection.

ISP's that use a proxy server (like AOL) assign a different IP everytime you log on to the internet, even when you use the same username.

Our cable provider allows us to purchase one additional IP# at a cost of $9.95 ... Maybe your ISP does this? I had the same problem too ... other family members who wanted to join and only one IP. So I just do a couple of the reward programs like CTTM and CR at work and my sister does them at home.
