I love this thread! What great ideas! I will definitely try to do some of these in the future
Here's a few that I thought of, or things that have been done for me. Some of them will depend on your budget:
-If you're driving to the parks, pay for the next car behind you that doesn't have free parking.
-Bring Dum Dums (or other cheap lollipops) to give to crying children (parent permitting). Someone did this while I was babysitting at the park once - the little girl accidentally bumped her head and I was trying to calm her down. It was a kind gesture from a mom at the park and I really appreciated it
-Having some small treats/stickers/whatever to give to families you meet is nice. Once I was at Epcot by myself and started chatting with the family next to me while waiting for Illuminations. They were from Canada and gave me a piece of maple leaf candy. It was so nice!
-I will often jump in and offer advice/info/directions to guests who seem lost or confused. One night at Epcot, I was rearranging my bag outside the Land pavilion when I overheard a family looking at a map and trying to decide where to go next. They brought up Journey Into Imagination. I mentioned that it had closed at 7 pm, and they asked for suggestions on what to do. I was very happy to help!
