Creating A Day By Day Itinerary

Hi everyone
Hope you have all had a wonderful Christmas
This is my first time visiting this board and I thought it would probably be the best place to ask for help in creating a daily activity sheet to take into the parks with me each day for my forthcoming trip
I usually take a hand written card (small, kind of pocket size) with me each day that has opening hours, ADR confirmation numbers and a running order for the attractions I want to visit
The thing is this doesn't really look very exciting
I would love to add some creative touches but have never tried anything like this before so it would have to be easy
I would also like to create a full 14 day planner for the whole trip which could be left at the hotel
Any helpful hints and tips would be great
