Creating a box for a first timer

Okay, so when we go in April next year we are bringing 4 first timers w/ us (but only making my nephew a box as the rest are adults). We are putting together a box for Christmas when the surprise will be revealed to him that he is going. This is a once in a lifetime kind of thing for him. So, we are wanting to make it really cool. We were hoping for some input from others as to what to put in his box. So any suggestions would be great.

So far we have:

4 shirts
EPCOT passport I make
Autograph book I make
Pressed penny tube
Lanyard w/ pins
1st Visit Pins (I have a friend going in 2wks who will pick that up)

what else do you lovely DISers suggest I look around here for to stick in there?

He has ears already as we got him some on our first trip and brought them back a gift.

You could make him an activity book (depending on his age) with a cute cover similar to the autograph book covers. Fill it with coloring pages, mazes, word searches, etc for the trip there.

You might want to put together a travel backpack with games, snacks and fun things that will keep him entertained during the trip.
