Fun stuff! I was playing around with this just a few weeks ago. I liked how this Disneyland photo came out:

I have more in this gallery. And Barrie's Great Disney World Photos lens shows a cool tilt-shift fake monorail photo, (you'll have to scroll down quite a bit to find it), as well as a pointer to a group on Flickr with many more examples.
