Crazy packed 1/4/17

I am surprised to hear that DL was at capacity yesterday. Does anyone know if they have changed the definition of capacity with the closures due to Star Wars construction (especially the train since its a big people mover)? We were at the park yesterday and it was definitely very busy but I have been at other times when the park was not at capacity and experienced total people gridlock in several areas. We didn't encounter anything like that yesterday...
