crazy insane night tonight

So tonight I have band practice AND a dress rehearsal for our school's talent show. I am in the talent show with half of my school's color guard (theres 8 in the show). Originally, we thought the dress rehearsal would be right after school. We knew that band practice would be at 6. We figured that we would have about an hour from the time dress rehearsal ended and band practice started. We decided that we would order pizza for dinner and eat in the lobby and not go home in between. So yesterday morning, they said that the dress rehearsal was at 6. So now we have to be in two places at once. We talked to the band director (who is in charge of the talent show) and he said that we would go to band practice and he would come get us when it was our time. UGH. In addition to that, I have a lab report for science due tomorrow, but I can't work on it until I get home because it is saved on my computer at home. *sigh*

I just got back from practice/dress rehearsal. It worked out really nice. We had practice. The cheerleaders were using the lobby, which is where we usually practice, so we had to go into one of the classrooms to practice. It was really weird and you just heard *bang*bang*crash*. (we were constantly hitting the ceiling and walls and desks). When we were done with practice, we had enough time to get changed and run through it our routine a couple times and then when we went into the auditorium, we were like next on. It was so bad though. We all forgot a lot of it because we were working on stuff for the parade on Saturday during practice. I dropped my flag and at the end I was late. It is really obvious if you are late at the end because we are slamming our flags on the ground and it makes a really loud noise. The band director told us that we needed to clean it ALOT. The choir director asked us if we could smile or if we needed to concentrate too hard. At the same time, one of the "guardies" was talking to the band director and we were laughing at them. The choir lady said "Are you laughing at what I asked?". Whatever.
