crazy idea-magical express and limo??

ok -in the interest of arriving asap, with the least amount of hassle (ok, and being anal about getting to the parks) i just had an idea-- can i sign up for the expess, but then take a limo to the resort? this way me and my family can hope right in the limo- straight to AKL, then my luggage will be taken separetly by the ME!!! no wasted time!

isn't that perfect!!??

Sorry to say, but you were not the first person to think of this. Actually Disney is. Here is what they say about your question. This is directly from the disney CM website on ME FAQ:

7. I will use other transportation. Can I arrange "luggage-only" transfer?

No. To utilize Disney's Magical Express Service, you must use both the transportation and luggage transfer services.

Your luggage will stay at the airport until you show up and board the bus.
