Hi, Im new to Dis board and fly out to Florida with DH and 3 DS aged 11,8 and 6 on 24th July for 2 weeks staying on I Drive, This is our first florida trip and would love to take the boys to play crazy golf, can anyone recommend any good courses x

We did the one at Blizzard Beach last year (our only USA crazy golf). Can't remember the cost but there are two courses - we did the Winter Summerland course and it was really good, all Christmas themed (which is weird in a good way in hot weather) lots of moving fun tricks at the end of holes (don't want to spoil the fun but have your camera ready) and carols playing alll the way round.

Only negative was the snakes by the side. Once we'd checked they were 'safe' with the staff we were fine as we don't have any snake haters in our family :)

:welcome: to the DISboards!

We have played at Pirates Cove, Congo River and I think the other one is called Hawaiian Rumbles or something like that! All good but Pirates Cove is the best one we think! :)

We have played quite a few of them, including Winter Summerland at Disney, Fantasia Gardens and Pirates Cove and Hawaiian Rumble plus one at the top of I-Drive which has baby alligators outside.

By far, our favourite was Winter Summerland.

However, we are looking forward to trying the new crazy golf courses at Universal in the summer.

winter summerland looks good or gator golf, thanks for the replies, helps to ask when there is so much choice x

Welcome to the Dis! :)

We're going to try one of the Disney mini golfs this year, just need to decide which one!

Done most of them on I-Drive but the one at Universal Studios City Walk is the best by far. And it should be given what it costs!

When did you do the Universal one Kath? Was it really busy? Have you got any photos?

I did one on I Drive, I think it was Congo River Golf, they had alligators you could feed and great theming, we loved it! My children were 3 and 6 when we went :D

We love winter summerland.

If you fancy trying an offsite one there are usually discount coupons in the little booklets you can pick up outside restaurants on I Drive.

We did it the Easter weekend. We did it after we left the theme park so I guess around 11am. It was dead. No one else there.

There are actually two courses - we did Invaders of Planet Putt. We wanted to do both but it was over $50 for the two of us!

we have done both the WDW ones and prefer the Fantasia Gardens one. But we love the Pirates Cove one best at the Cross Roads...
