Crane at Tower of Terror

I spotted at crane at ToT on Monday any ideas, new ride?

I saw it there a couple of months ago. I thought it was either just parked there or it was to repair TOT. If they do build a new attraction, I think it is funny that the 3 biggest attractions are in that one corner, and you have 1 way in and out.

They are in the process of replacing all of the roof tiles on the tower.
