Aerial got her permit today. She drove me down the road.

My Mom's oldest sister lives in Germany and she called me yesterday and today. She wanted me to know that she loved me and was very sorry. I told her I was worried she was mad at me too and she just said that my Mom was a very difficult woman and she understood why I did it. She just hopes I can find peace in my heart. It was a very healing conversation but I felt horrible this morning. Aerial is cheering me up with her excitement now.

It won't be long before I bring the girls to Disney and Heidi goes on her cruise!!!

Our Vegas trip was moved to June 21st so now I get off the plane June 15th and back on a plane on the 20th heading for Vegas. I am excited I'll be off most of the month, but I have this feeling I will feel my age after 9 days at Disney and 7 in Vegas.

Jrsy - Chris got his blood test results back today and they were good, so count 2 of us coming for your birthday party!!!!! Yay, can't wait!

Selena, I just wish I had an answer for you. No one should have to put up with what you have been for so long. I sometimes think you should go over their heads to talk to someone but that could make it worse. Didn't we at one point talk about you having an HR dept? Can't remember where that lead. Then to make you go to lunch with people like that.. Sheez. The foot seems to be worse today but I just got off the phone with my Primary doctor (not the Urgent Care doc) and he said give it a couple more days. He thinks that with CR off by 10 or 11 days that I should still be able to go.

Sandy, there is really no real answers. I know that. I am anxiously awaiting the summer to just recharge my batteries.

I really am done with them. I am now only being professional. Nothing more or less.

If I still have my job for next school year I have considered going to my principal each and every time there is a problem. I really do not want to rock the boat. They could easily figure I am too much trouble since I make many complaints and let me go. Plus while my principal will listen to me he will never go against his secretary who is the lead secretary and my boss. So really what would my complaining do for me? Which is part of the reason it is so very frustrating.


The principal has talked to the secretary, nick named Kamrt, that is so very hateful and treats me sub human. She only changes for a short while. It is really just sickening to watch her rub all over the men that come in the office and this is on top of the way she treats 90% of anyone that comes into the office. At least I know I am not the only one treated in this manner.

I do know that there is a file on Kmart. I have found out that no one at our school has the authority to fire classifed personal. Thus, the reason for the file.

Like I said there are no real answers here. I truly love my job. Otherwise I would not be there. I am truly greatful for having my own small office that is across the hall from the AP offices and down the hall from the principal and lead secretaries offices. I am very lucky.

I am sorry I mention it so much. I have very few people I can discuss it with.

Sandy I hope your foot gets better. I would think in the next week you will finally start to see some type of improvement. The swelling and inflammation needs to have time to heal. I am sure once that starts to heal your foot will then be on the road to recovery.

Marcie - That was very nice of your Aunt to call you and I hope that her call will help you in the long run. Wow, I cannot believe Aerial has her permit now, she must have had a huge smile on her face when she was driving you.

Selena - At least the food was good. Summer will hopefully come quick and you can get the needed and well deserved break from them. They are so petty. They also sound like they are jealous of you and the friendships you make with the other employees, we have that going on as I speak at my place.

Yeah this is what Crystal thinks. I deal with it daily so it really did not surprise me too much but Crystal was blown away. I told her now you see it first hand. I think what did get to me was the fact it was so pity after such a decent lunch.

Jeff took MacKenzie this morning to the DMV.
Mac got her NCDL!!!!
She is so excited. When Jeff text me the news of her passing I had tears in my eyes. ​

I'll have to keep you away from my friend Dave. Last time we took the OB RV they had the fridge stocked with OB beer and Dave was generously handing them out. I think we'd had three before we even reached the restaurant. I suspect we'll be taking the bus, not the RV, this time, so you won't have to worry about a stocked fridge onboard.

Dave and Patti actually live over in your neck of the woods, too. Another friend may join us up there because he is doing mountaineering school that day in Boulder.

I was at the dentist this morning and Aerial's step-mom kept calling. So, I finally called her back and found out Aerial's Dad was in a motorcycle accident. He's okay, not critically and he was wearing a helmet but he has a broken shoulder, collarbone & ribs. He has to meet with the orthopedic surgeon next. All I keep telling myself is deep breathes. I'll get through it all.

So it is really looking like we will be going to Nassau now instead of Cozumel. I hope my trip insurance will cover the excursion I booked that is non DCL. I am bummed, I wanted to get Vanilla and the dessert tequila's! Problem is Disney won't say for sure, so we can't even begin planning excursions for the new port.

Aerial started crying talking to her Dad on the phone after I told her about his accident. She told me that she is pretty stressed now too. We've had a lot going on this week. But, I did let her drive from the school to the church last night and she was all excited. It's good stuff and bad stuff we are going through so hopefully the good will keep us afloat.
