Today is a better day then yesterday. I was suppose to go out with a friend after work but found out MacKenzie owes teachers a bunch of make up work from where she was out of school a month ago. Sometimes I feel like when it rains it pours.

So I'm taking today and Friday off to enjoy some of Alex's spring break with him and Tammy. Weather is supposed to be much better for these two days so we're planning to go to Estes Park tomorrow with a stop at Oskar Blues on the way home. Had a doctor's appt. this morning, though, to follow up on my cholesterol and the Crestor is kicking its @$$. My total dropped from 204 to 114 and the ratio of bad to good went from 3.9 to 1.2.

My luck really stinks sometimes. Woke up this morning, took my shower and when I went to use my flat iron, it is dead. I used Mac's. I am going to Costco tonight to get a new one. That is not an expense I wanted right now with everything else I am having to purchase.

Sel - Those stupid things are so expensive. Luckily I have straight hair so I do not need one, but I bought my girls a Chi flat iron. With the price, I wanted to pass out!

I know that, when it rains it pours. I have to go to another funeral tomorrow, my Step-Mom's brother died and Aerial hit a curb last night and had a blow out. Sorry I don't get to write much. I have not been on facebook except my phone in days, usually by the time I get home I am showering and crawling in bed.

I washed my new sheets and they are on my bed now. I am so excited. I really wonder if times if I am not the most boring person alive. I mean I am excited about brand new clean sheets, laundry and cleaning the stovetop hood. I hope I do not pass out from all this excitement. lol

I have made plans with friends for Saturday but sometimes they cancel. I hope they do not. Suppose to do more laundry and cook out while I do laundry. Again exciting, aren't I?

Well I am sitting in bed with my pup by my side. I have my purple out for tomorrow. I think I am going to attempt to sleep.
