I would LOVE to get a belly button ring, I think they are so cute but I am truly terrified of needles that I would never get another piercing or tattoo. I am so glad my mom got my ears pierced when I was younger or else I would not even have my ears pierced. I have to have someone hold my hand when I am getting a flu shot. I hate needles, I don't think I could get drunk enough to even handle getting my belly button pierced. I am also afraid because my best friend had hers done and when she got pregnant they told her to take it out so it wouldn't stretch. Well she took it out and now has a huge hole/stretch mark due to the piercing...yuck. That is the only stretch mark on her body. (and let me tell you, she weighs less than 100lbs and she is 5' 7").

I had a good weekend. Watched all 4 playoff games (GO BRONCOS!!!!) and hung out with my friend from California. We hung out at a bunch of bars and had a great time.

Wow, what do we have here??? A bunch of tattooed, pierced party girls? I could never, never, never have a tatoo or any other part of my body pierced. I am a BIG wimp and passed it on to Heidi. With that said, I love the look of pierced belly buttons. My big belly would look RIDICULOUS!!! I loved all the stories.

Cristi, Jrsy Boy and Heidi. We have to set a date to meet and because we all live close to Armadillos, how about that place? It has pineapple and cranberry drinks. Can or will Jrsy Boy come out of lurkerdom??

Selena, I totally agree with you on the Palo/Palo's thing. Why correct something so stupid? That is like the boat/ship thing. Don't get me going!! THe board was sooo friendly when I lurked first and then joined it. Now a bunch of know it alls have joined it and spoiled the commraderie. I really don't post too much anymore because of it. I post daily on this thread and one other and pretty much keep to myself. I had a HUGE blowout with a guy on a cruise meet thread. Let's just say he was NOT nice. He ended up dividing a DISthread in half so when we all met on the ship it was like their group against ours. And we are adults here? I would love to tell all but I AM an adult! PM me and I will tell you all about it. Just joking.

Hi everyone. School was out today for my county. The kids had to go. But the little darlings are out Friday and Monday while I am at work.

I went shopping and could not find anything to buy. How disappointing!!

I hate needles but I can deal with them as long as I am not watching it. But the belly thing hurt!! I did not watch but it hurt! I never watch when I get shots. I close my eyes at the dentist since I can not turn my head. I refuse to get a tattoo those things have to hurt. No way. I will be glad to put a temporary one on but not a real one.

Oh an update....since me keeping this from you guys did not work I am just going to tell you what is going on.
Jeff is trying for a promotion. He has applied several times and nothing has come of it yet. Last year they looked over him because he was in Florida for so long. BUT on Friday the district manager requested his resume. Woo Hoo. Then Jeff found out the week before during the managers meeting the assistant director out of the blues said Jeff has really impressed him this year. Woo Hoo again. Right before Christmas, Danny, Jeff's boss and the manager in Greensboro told Chris, the other assistant director that he needed to go ahead and hire Jeff for the position in Greensboro/Durham. Which would be wonderful because we would not have to move!!! Plus the promotion would mean more money. Think about all those cruises we could go on then. LOL Seriously though we are very lucky to go on as many vacations as we do. I started to write all of them down adnI got embarrassed over what all we do.

I ordered a bathing suit from Victorias Secret the other day. Now I am hunting for a belly ring to go with it. LOL I think I have found it too.

I looked at the M&Ms today too. M&Ms are my all time favorite candy. I eat them everyday during tax season. And, Dane & I had them at our wedding reception instead of mints and nuts. We got them in our wedding colors. Dane would get lots of points if he knew about those M&Ms He usually just gets me a card for valentines though since my birthday is 4 days before.

Selena, what bathing suit did you get? I need to get me another one for my next cruise. When I get home from work I am going to try to post a picture of this formal I tried on last weekend. It was $150 or so in the store at JCPenney but online it's on sale for $99.

Oddly enough I never wore brown until about a year ago. My hair is really dark so I wear a lot of black. But, when I started highlighting my hair, I like the way I look in brown. So, this will really be a first for me if I buy this dress.

I can't believe I read this, I'm hurt. Fine, Cristi and I will have a great time by ourselves. I guess you won't see my belly button ring (clip-on of course ) and my temporary tattoo, nope can't even convince me to come now after that comment.

Selena - I like that belly button ring, that is the one I would choose (or the tink one that Karen has). Maybe when I lose 30 pounds (don't tell anyone I said that or I would get a beating.) I like VS bathing suits, but I have so many that I have been good and not bought any suits for the last 2 years. I am drowning in bikinis at my house!!! I have the same amount of bikinis that I have of shoes...bad, very bad addiction to shoes and bikinis.

Lulu - how are you feeling. Waiting to hear about the rest of your trip.
