I think we have way too many that is why I want Jrsy Boy to take them!! It is so hard to travel and find someone to watch your animals.

You guys know I love them but...I will not be replacing any. I am so bad. I have never boarded the furry varmits. I just hate to do that to them. I normally beg my dad into keeping Jack and I have a god friend who is nuts over the poodles so she gets upset if I do not ask her to watch them. But we go on vacation 6-10 times a year. So I can not ask her everytime. I hate to ask the neighbors to take my dogs out because they are bark bark dogs and I am not too sure anyone really likes them but us.

We got an awesome deal to Cancun. $320 for everything. Airfare and a 5 star AI resort. I can't wait to go.

Marcie I know you are having a wonderful time with DH.

Our he/she is the solid white cat. She came to us as a girl. Or at least that is what the vet told us. Then when she went in to be spade she was a boy. The vet's office called and thought that was so funny. I told them the best part of it was they were the ones that told me he was a she. That shut them up real quick! Supposely he is fixed. And has been neutered since he was too young to be a dad, but it is really funny that one of my neighbors now has a lot of solid white kittens. Maybe the vet got the last laugh after all!

Hey everyone!!! I did, indeed have a great weekend. Saturday my DD was not with us so we went shopping for her birthday. Then we had a nice meal out. It is so strange here, the mall won't even be open for 6 to 12 months they say. It was nice though just spending time with my DH. Yesterday, I cooked a big meal for us and my inlaws. They were so happy to eat a cooked meal. We also got to discuss and plan our trip more. We are all getting excited now. Today my DD finally went back to school. So, at least things are starting to get back to normal. Hope everyone is having a great Monday.

Christmas/New Year's at Sea

Guests cruising over Christmas/New Year's will be greeted by Disney characters dressed in holiday garb.

The ships will be beautifully decorated and will feature a three deck tall tree in the atrium. As "snow" falls, a tree lighting ceremony will take place. Mrs. Claus will host a reading of "T'was the Night Before Christmas."

On Christmas Day none other than Santa Goofy will be visiting with surprises for the kids. Families will be invited to create their own gingerbread house.

Crew members will entertain guests with traditional caroling. A holiday feast will be served in all of the dining rooms. Interdenominational services will be held.

For the New Year, the ships will be rocking as 2006 is celebrated. On New Year's Day there's a tailgate party.

On Castaway Cay, a "snowy holiday" is in store as Disney's private island is transformed into a "winter wonderland."

Some of our Dis friends that we traveled with on the last cruise got the Disney Suite again for April of 2007.....what to do, what to do...take a 10 days cruise or take a 7 day and enjoy the Walt Suite again?

Man... that would be so nice to do a cruise during the holidays!!! Hope all is well with everyone. I have been keeping busy trying to get Halloween outfits put together... we decided to do the Peter Pan theme, that way the two younger (well young teens) can wear the pirate/Captain Hook ( Why do I always want to call him Captain Morgan??? ) for Pirate night on the cruise. I have to be Peter... much to my dismay.... I wanted to be tink. Oh well.....
Aside from that... watching the newest storm wondering if it is going to hit our destination island (Cayman). I am also hoping it doesn't come near us because DH is out of state and it would be somewhat of a chore to put up the boards on the windows, by myself. We will see. Take care everyone!!! Karen

We will be on the ship for Thanksgiving. My DH and I got married the day before Thanksgiving 7 years ago. I didn't know him well enough at that time to know that he loves Thanksgiving and being with his family. Which is wonderful, but it has taken me 7 years to get him on a trip for our anniversary. We got married that day because I was off the next 2 days so we could have a honeymoon
Between my Dad passing away and the hurricane I am really not in the mood for the holidays so maybe doing something so different will be really good for us. I am hoping I get to see some Christmas decorations the day after Thanksgiving and they will get me in the Christmas spirit. My Dad's birthday was on Dec. 23rd and there was maybe 3 years in my life that I was not at his house on Christmas eve. So that day will be the worse. Anyway, in discussing our plans, we decided no Palo or letting Aerial go to the kid's club for dinner on Thanksgiving. Wow, I can't believe in a month from today I will be on a plane. I am so excited.

Marcie, Thanksgiving will be such a special sailing. I think your decision not to go to Palo or kids club is right on the mark! I think just relaxing on the cruise will help you with the upcoming holidays. Hugs!

Dutchsmommy, this thread is about juice. Well, almost.

I have always wanted to cruise over Christmas but the price says NO! Maybe if I lay off cruises for a year or two in a row then maybe! Hey Heidi, what do you think? Can we actually not cruise for that long?

As Heidi said earlier, a friend of ours got the Walt suite again April of 2007. Man, I would love to enjoy the suite again. She was a very gracious hostess and opened the doors to all of us. We have never had a cruise like that one. Palo's souffles when we wanted them, creme brulee whenever, a brunch in the suite. Oh man, do we change from our 10 day to the 7 day? I don't want the itinerary tho. What a decision.

Selena, I can't believe the deal you got for Cancun. If you EVER find anything like that again, don't hesitate to share it with all of us. We could enjoy the juice there with you!
